Malice Mizer

   Este grupo lo conocia por una chica que estudiaba conmigo Diseño. Es un grupo japonés, no va mucho a mi estilo pero esta canción me gusta, se llama "Illuminati". El grupo está definido como rock gótico con música clásica y pop francés. No me interesa mucho de lo que habla exactamente, pero me gusta el ritmo de la canción.

Triplettes de Belleville

   Hace algun tiempo tenia contacto con una chica de Colombia y un día me mando esta canción, se llama "Rendez Vous". Investigando un poco, pertenece a la banda sonora de "Les triplettes de Belleville", que es una película de animación, escrita y dirigida por Sylvain Chomet. Narra el secuestro de un ciclista durante el Tour de Francia y cómo su abuela y su perro emprenden su búsqueda, con la ayuda de tres viejas estrellas del music-hall conocidas como «las trillizas de Belleville». Michèle Caucheteux, Jean-Claude Donda, Michel Robin y Monica Viegas ponen las voces en la versión original, no obstante, en la película apenas hay diálogo ya que la mayor parte de la historia se cuenta a través de canciones y pantomima.

   Hoy me encontraba cambiando canales, cuando de pronto me quede estacionada en TCM, que siempre pasan peliculas vieeejaaaassss. Me quede enganchada viendo un trozo de una peli donde participaba Elvis Presley. De el solo habia escuchado una cancion, "You´ll be Always on My Mind", pero esta me gusto mucho. Tiene un ritmo muy sabroso, me recuerda a Frank Zappa!. La película era "Viva Las Vegas" del año 1964 y la canción lleva el mismo nombre, era parte de la banda sonora de la misma.

   Hoy me levante pensado en esa canción, Yellow Submarine. The Beatles fue una banda de origen inglés activa desde los años 6o, sacaron 13 albums distintos y la canción pertenece al album del mismo nombre, Yellow Submarine. Otras que me gustan mucho de ellos seguro las conoces como son: "Hey Jude", "She Loves You", "Eleanor Rigby" (diría que esta es mi favorita), "Help", "I wanna Hold Your Hand" y creo que aqui la lista seguiría jeje

Iron Man

   Otra de las bandas que tiene una gran trayectoria es Black Sabbath. Es una banda de heavy metal, formada en Birmindham en e laño 1969, siendo su vocalista Ozzy Orbourne. No la sigo, pero hay varias canciones de ellos que me gustan como son "Sabra Caddabra" y "Iron Man". La primera tiene una versión en el disco de MetallicA, Garage Inc.La última fue tomada como parte de la banda sonora de Iron Man.

   Placebo es una banda de rock alternativo formada en el año 1994 en Inglaterra. Hay varios temas que me gustan de ellos, "Pure Morning", Infrared", "I Do", entre otras. Una que me gusta bastante se llama Twenty Years, salida al mercado en el año 1994.

    Defstones es una banda de metal alternativo, de Sacramento, California. Se formó en el año 1988 y publicaron su primer disco en el 1995. No soy fan de ellos pero hay una canción que me gusta y estaba pensándola hoy, se llama "Change" y pertenece a su disco "White Pony" del año 2000.

  Hoy me levante recordando esta canción, seguramente muchos de ustedes la habran escuchado pues es un clásico de U2. Se titula "Sunday Bloody Sunday" y fue escrita en relación a un evento sucedido en Irlanda em eñ año 1972, el Domingo Sangrinto, hecho en el cual murieron 14 personas.

   Lacancion fue publicada en el año 1983 por la banda y pertenece al disco "War".

I Walk Beside You

   Un grupo que me parece genial por la calidad de sus piezas de música es Dream teather. Es una banda
estadounidense formada en el año 1985, originalmente bajo el nombre de Majesty. Tienen 12 albums y son bien conocidos por sus conciertos, improvisaciones y la duración de sus canciones, así como el virtuosismo musical de sus miembros.


   Una de las camciones que más me gusta se llama "I Walk Beside You", perteneciente a su disco "Octavarium" del año 2005.
